Carmen Sims joined the Wallace Stegner Academy team the first year it opened in 2016. She came out to Utah from Miami, FL and earned her bachelors degree from The University of Utah. She has been teaching children of all ages for 10 years. She lives in Draper with her two kids that play competitive soccer and keep her very busy. When Carmen isn’t working with her students or own children she enjoys the quiet life: reading, hiking, laying in the sunshine.
