20% of funds will be used to address learning losses through an afterschool plan that is one hour long Monday-Thursday and 30 minutes long on Friday.

80% of the funds will be used to reduce class sizes over the next two years to provide additional services per each student and to increase spacing in each classroom for the purposes of reducing spread of the virus.
